Brief History

After completing his fine art training in painting at Ravensbourne College of Art, he worked as an assistant to Michael Leach at Yelland. Later he moved to Dorset to work under Guy Sydenham as a production thrower at Poole Pottery for two years. Further time lecturing for two and half years proceeded setting up his first studio producing salt glaze pottery in a disused brickyard near Fordingbridge. Moving to Devon, he is now living at an ancient site in the remote Blackdown Hills. He has also previously been a member and selector for the Devon Guild of Craftsman when exhibiting at Dartington. He has supplied to the galleries of Craftwork, Primavera and Charles de Temple.
